At Altech, I cover a lot of ground. I have an understanding of business and residential network stacks. From business class server setup (Hyper V and VM Ware) and Unifi to project/account management. I also work across many different industries, including architecture, real estate, law, and mechanical engineering, with an understanding of those systems and their workflows. We use a mixture of management software that includes N-Able and Hostify to handle the recovery and monitoring needs of clients. Working across this many industries and systems allows for flexibility and unique solutions to workflow and the backbone of your business.

I was lucky to be recruited and referred by several Apple employee’s to join the team. While there, I learned invaluable communication skills through their training process, to be able to give a customer-obsessed customer service experience. My time at Apple was spent servicing mobile devices. I was responsible for staying on time while on the queue, and assisting clients with their issues. My requirements covered hardware and software repair, ensuring the Apple Steps of Service, customer data migration + Managing and working a fast-paced client schedule making sure efficiently assist the customer. + Performing mobile hardware and iOS repairs. +Troubleshooting iOS devices with clients in solo and group sessions. + Apple mobile device and service certified.

I was recruited and referred to come on as an intern to finish out getting my degree in my last semester. I was later brought on full-time to continue working with the school system. During my time there, I was able to be apart of a school system wide refresh of t current technology. That included Upgrading macOS and Windows OS on over 1000 machines, running cabeling for data, and personal training sessions with teachers and staff. + Maintained efficient learning environment with timely teacher and student support.+ Routine PC and Apple maintenance and repair. Including running updates and making minor hardware repairs. + Ran trainings classes on the use and application of Apple products and applications in the class room.
