At Altech, I cover a lot of ground. I have an understanding of business and residential network stacks. From business class server setup (Hyper V and VM Ware) and Unifi to project/account management. I also work across many different industries, including architecture, real estate, law, and mechanical engineering, with an understanding of those systems and their workflows. We use a mixture of management software that includes N-Able and Hostify to handle the recovery and monitoring needs of clients. I was recruited and referred to come on as an intern to finish out getting my degree in my last semester. I was later brought on full-time to continue working with the school system. During my time there, I was able to be apart of a school system wide refresh of t current technology. That included Upgrading macOS and Windows OS on over 1000 machines, running cabeling for data, and personal training sessions with teachers and staff. + Maintained efficient learning environment with timely teacher and student support.+ Routine PC and Apple maintenance and repair.
