Responsible for developing software infrastructure for large scale cancer projects, including the NCI GDC Data Portal. These complex web applications integrate big data technologies, modern web frameworks and visualization tools using frameworks such as React, Relay, Flow and d3.js along with a GraphQL and RESTful API in Python using Flask. These two complex web applications integrate big data technologies, modern web frameworks and visualization tools using frameworks such as Angular.js and highcharts.js and a RESTful API in Java. Working with the design team, I was responsible for the implementation of the design and creation of the website for Starwood's Room With a View campaign (http://www.roomwithaview.com), using PHP, Javascript, and modern web technologies like html5, css3, Google Map API, YouTube API and Facebook integration.
