The 11th annual 3 Rivers Venture Fair will be held on October 11 and 12 at Heinz Field. This well-regarded event was created in 2002 to introduce pioneering technology companies from a ten-state region to investors who can fund them. Token Vending provides collaboration software that services the Vending and OCS industry. Our Customer Communication System allows vending customers to communicate to operators exactly which products they prefer, machine malfunction and general account information.

Delivered a customized ERP system that integrated with Quickbooks. The project was on time and 35% under budget. I also managed all IT needs and managed the network rollout and maintenance.

Responsible for building the Quality Assurance department and processes from the ground up. Designed first test cases for the 837 and 835 billing formats.

Served as Project Manager onsite at a Blue Cross/Blue Shield affiliate. The project was to develop a custom ETL that integrated into an insurance claims system, Facets.

The last position held at EFI was Sr QA Manager where I managed two teams of QA Engineers and 2 Technical writers.
