My name is Wilson Brown, I am a senior finishing my marketing degree in the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona. My passions are fitness and action sports. Ultimately my goal is to blend my career with one of my passions. This is something I have already done once while working as a membership sales representative for LA Fitness which to date has been the most rewarding experience of my entire life. My position at LA Fitness afforded me the unique opportunity to work with both regional and district managers in addition to the club manager. Learning from those high up the totem pole so to speak, I received excellent coaching and gained a firm development of marketing, sales, communication, customer, and time management skills. Additionally, I served as my high school drumline captain for two years which gave me a solid foundation in leadership skills.

  I had the unique experience of working the pre-sale for a new LA Fitness club. This opportunity afforded me experiences and roles that someone in my position would not have typically performed. I was responsible for and trusted to- Market the new facility- Open and close the sales office- Organize promotional deals working with nearby apartments for tenants- Train new employees in sales techniques- Maintain knowledge of available exercise equipment and training plans
