Education and diversity are key to innovation, I am forever looking for opportunities where most aren’t even looking.From a young age, I was motivated, encouraged and learnt from my grandmother and mum, and as an adult I recognise the sacrifices they made as women to support our family, never having had the chance to develop their talents elsewhere. This is where my passion for diversity at work was born.Changing the Game, our show launched in 2021, became a platform to celebrate and learn from amazing people whose stories show why diversity is good for business and how innovation can impact our world.My career has afforded me the opportunity to have lived and worked in Brazil, America, and Australia, and travelled the world. These opportunities came with challenges, accelerated growth and an ever-expanding appreciation for the benefits of diversity and innovation.As one of the co-founders of the Visagio Group in Australia, the team in Down Under and region has grown from day zero to an award-winning team of 100+ people. Our group is the one-stop-shop for business growth and transformation for 25+ clients from several industries. Now we will break grounds in corporate innovation with The Bakery which recently joined our group in the region.As a serial entrepreneur myself, I am grateful for the journey so far and passionate about supporting business and NFP leaders and entrepreneurs.
