Planning of corporate events and meetings for Westfield Group employees, agents and customers. Communication with corporate leadership team, managing of invitations and RSVP, offsite locations and activities, event transportation and external vendors. Develop and maintain trusting business relationships with Westfield’s business units, hospitality operations leaders, agents and customers providing the value of Hospitality place, service and products.Responsible for synchronizing details across events and locations in order to leverage hospitality services such as menus, staffing and facility usage. Leads continuous development and implementation of Westfield’s corporate calendar strategy including the communication of, engagement in corporate leadership meetings, corporate events, board of directors and department meetings. Plan and execute offsite events including site selection, area research, rate and contract negotiation. Responsible to maintain hospitality universal standards with fellow teammates across all Westfield business units.
