I have been a designer for over 35 years and running Wilson Design Associates since 1994. I ran my design studio in London until I moved to the south coast in 2001. The company produces creative design solutions in the corporate, marketing and promotional sectors for both national and local clients. Over the years we have produced work for national organisation such as Kew Gardens, The National Gallery, Womens Institute, Serco, Rentokil Initial, Interserve, Cleanaway, BP and the Health Education Authority, along with many local companies such as Chichester District Council, Southern Rail, Fordingbridge and Hyde Martlet. Publishers such as Dorling Kindersley, Conran Octopus and Walker Childrens Books have also used our services.We now have a dedicated print management service for those that know we can get the best print for them at great prices but do not necessarily need our design input.Since moving to Chichester I have become involved with several local organisations: the South Coast Design Forum/SEDF; (of which I was chairman of the Chichester branch 2009-2011); the Chichester Education Business Partnership (board member for several years); Young Enterprise (guest speaker and judge) and the Chichester Chamber of Commerce (active member, also designed the brand identity and newsletter!). I have won Business Personality of the Year 2009 and was runner up in 2008 and 2010 in the Chichester Observer Business Awards. I am also pleased to have been awarded Entrepreneur of the Year 2012 (South Sussex Group) by Nigel Botterill's Entrepreneurs Circle.I am also well known for networking; developing and running the popular and expanding First Friday Network and I was a founder member of The Business Interchange network group.
