Compugeeks manages telephone and networks for Government and private companies in 9 states. Compugeeks provides total business solutions ranging from designing new systems to upgrading existing networks.

Adtec Digital manufactures equipment for the cable broadcast industry. The job duties included supporting their Linux based embedded video systems. This job required a great deal of video knowledge. The job required knowledge of TV Broadcast standards such as ATSC, NTSC, HDTV, 1080p, 1080i, ASI, SDI. A strong knowledge of TCP IP ports, Linux, and networking were required for the job.

Dell Gold Technical Support is premium support queue for Small-Medium business customers up to 500 employees. I helped troubleshoot Dell workstation/portable computer lines. Optiplex, Deminsion, Vostro, Latitude, Precision, and XPS computer desktops and laptops. I dispatched parts and service to customers. Attended many training classes on various topics (new Dell systems, Windows Vista, Dell Printers).

Electronic Principles at Keelser AFB. This course is very extensive and covers dc circuits, ac circuits, resistors, capacitors, transistors, inductors, motors, relays, solenoids, syncros, servos, transformers, diodes, zener diodes, rectifier-filters, digital circuits, gates (and, or, nor, nand), 3 phase ac current, light emitting diodes, 8 way segmented LEDs, semiconductor devices, theory of AM, FM, and magnetism. Course taught use of multimeters, oscilloscopes and troubleshooting faults with shorts or opens. Finished this course with a certificate from the Community College of the Air Force for 15 college credit hours.

Maintained computers at 5 different HUD housing authorities. Maintained 5 Linux servers, over 40 computers with windows 95/98/98se/me/2000/nt4/nt5/XP/2003. Used data base and reporting systems for screen based terminal apps. Used many different backup techniques with Linux and windows to backup files for customers. Performed any Repair/Maintenance of computers at the housing authorities.
