Responsible for the management and execution of Sala Uno's financial strategy, leading company's profitability focus and establishing financial and administrative controls.• Design and plan execution to increase the Clinics’ profitability with which we achieved a 3x in the EBITDA / Net Sales ratio.• Procurement process was created getting reductions in expenses and costs from suppliers’ negotiations.• A costing system was implemented to control the profitability of the treatments and surgeries performed; gross margin increased by 5 percentage points as result of that.

Responsible for the evaluation, execution, and follow up of strategic company projects.• As Project Manager, lead the construction of a new production plant, with a 130 million dollar investment, achieving the mitigation of all identified risks. This gave as a result an 8 MM USD savings compared to the budget and an 8% reduction in time vs. activity plan.•Made part of the governing team, in the LEAN Manufacturing implementation, in the five production plants in Mexico.•Added the PMI methodology for the planning, follow up and control of company projects.
