Sales & Marketing• Service existing client portfolio and generate sales.• Responsible for doubling annual revenue through consistent positive Year-On-Year revenue growth over 5 years.• Develop marketing plans and strategies such as identifying new industries for school activation.• Establish relationship and manage key clients including Ajinomoto Malaysia, Cerebos, Hasbro and Cooper Vision. • Conceptualize, pitch and tailor suitable ideas for each client for school activation.Event Management• Responsible for managing on average 8 - 10 clients campaign per annum covering more than 400 schools and reaching over 100,000 students per year. • Develop event mechanics and content creation for the school programs/campaign.• Research, develop and test various new mechanics to increase engagement value, awareness and branding for Hasbro (Obstacle Course), Kewpie (Sandwich Making Workshop), Ajinomoto (Cooking Demonstration).• Manage and built rapport with on ground teams to ensure smooth work flow and effectiveness of school campaign.• Planning of logistics and manpower for each school campaign.• Initiated and oversee the development of SOPs with relevant teams and department for on-ground event, including pre-event and post-event SOPs. • School Campaign speaker. Hosting, presenting and conducting on ground school events for various clients.• Prepare post event reports and other materials for post mortem with clients. Share findings from campaign and improve effectiveness and efficiency to better reach clients KPI.
