Leader of Professional Learning Team for Lower Secondary Science - Delivered three workshops titled “Unpacking Thematic Learning in Lower Secondary Science” for 140 science educators on how SUCCESs model can help their learners remember complex ideas. - Developed an asynchronous learning package with a team of education officers covering lab skills across four years of secondary school education for more than 1000 learners in the beginning of 2023. Advocate for greater Social Emotional Learning in Classroom- Piloted a year-long social emotional learning programme by Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence. 94% of the learners feedback that they could better communicate in the face of conflict.- Delivered three workplace sharing on social emotional learning titled “Facilitating Meaningful Teacher-Student Conversations” and “RULER 102: Regulating emotions in self and others.” for 30 secondary school educators on how to help their youths navigate through their complex emotions.- Upcoming Teachers’ Conference & ExCEL Fest 2023 sharing titled “RUL the classroom: Facilitating Meaningful Teacher-Student Conversations” for up to 200 educators on how to integrate the RULER approach into their positive classroom culture and classroom teaching. IC for CCA Leaders Development in Student Leadership Committee- Spearheaded a year-long leadership development programme by introducing three training workshop and termly collaborative projects for more than 160 student leaders.- Established a new Leadership Executive Committee for CCA Leaders for high potential student leaders to mentor their batch mates and advance good leadership practices. - Revamped the format of Student Leadership Ceremony to initiate collaboration between 300 leaders across 4 student leadership board in 2022. Event kickstarted subsequent collaborations between different leadership boards like Student Leaders Recruitment and Town Hall meetings.
