• Developed strategic shared service plan for the infrastructure team to enhance the team’s effectiveness and efficiencies covering ~1000 employees. Reorganized team into a three-tier support system; focused team members.
• Led the Americas “Globalize network” project to build a true global organization. Migrated ~1000 US users to worldwide domain and exchange infrastructure in <3 months. Renumbered 32 WAN sites (including 10 VOIP sites).
• Directed team which created a data delivery portal based on SharePoint and.NET which allowed clients to have easy access to their data quickly. This portal assisted in closing additional $3M+ of revenue.US Shared.
• Leveraged outside firm to audit telecom budget resulting yearly $250K savings. Implemented VOIP technology to reduce the telecom costs by ~40%. Reduced US internet connections which resulted in $100K of yearly savings.
• Established a network capacity analysis and review which resulted in $60K yearly savings by reducing oversubscribed data lines.
