Supporting the wider strategic work of Salford CVS and 10GM. Thematic areas of expertise include communications, the broader digital agenda (incorporating information governance, data, digital skills and inclusion), physical activity and culture. As part of the insight element or my role, I was the research project manager for the Greater Manchester State of the Sector research project.

I have also managed a range of partnership delivered engagement and research projects such as the overall project management for the Greater Manchester State of the Sector Research project and the Salford element of the "Taking Charge" health and social care insight work.Contract Management & Business Development - Providing business development support and providing the effective management of contracts held by the Salford Third Sector Consortium. This includes compliance, supply chain management, monitoring and evaluation as well as commissioner relationships. This included the successful delivery of the Salford Adult Community Learning Programme, which saw the Consortium's income grow from approx. £120K to circa £450K at its peak. Show less

As the Senior National Development Manager I was responsible for a small but dynamic team as the strategic lead for our work with National Governing Bodies and other key strategic partners. Providing effective consultancy and support to ensure the development of disability sport as well as contribute to the broader work of the organisation. This included all element of our work with and for Sport England as well as our broader work on national policy.

Regional Manager for Yorkshire and Humberside providing strategic leadership for athletics development work within the region. Ensuring the delivery of the regional strategy and the translation of national objectives into effective local delivery. Supported in achieving this through a committed team of development officers and volunteers.

Initially employed as the boroughs Athletics Development Officer providing the strategic lead for the sport within the area as well as contributing to county and regional programme. My role evolved to lead in a variety of sports and thematic areas including Badminton, Multi Skills development, Club Development and the Borough Youth Games Team.

Various position including Assistant Manager at South Leeds Stadium a large multi facility venue. I also undertook a range of development work including the organisation of athletics programmes and summer programme schemes
