• Convened executive management team and department heads to identify business development process shortcomings. In response to the identified problems I designed and built out a solution on Salesforce. After an iterative design and implementation process the final dashboard and tracking system enabled at-a-glance monitoring of the organizations business development pipeline. This enabled more strategic allocation of resources for proposals and helped management anticipate staffing needs. • Managed development of proposals for international private and multilateral clients, securing two contracts and two project extensions.

• Developed and led communications and media training for international field staff in Ghana where the success of our program supporting local small to medium sized enterprises operating in the oil and gas industry led to heightened media attention. Following the training staff were observed giving television and newspaper interviews with confidence while clearly communicating the key talking points of the program.• Led technical production and editing of nine episode webcast series, resulting in over 2,500 views.• Produced a live multi-camera broadcast featuring leaders from government and Fortune 100 companies to increase the reach and impact of the Global Engagement Forum, resulting in over 4000 viewers from 68 countries.• Consulted and coached staff on production of video projects for clients in Peru, Brazil, Zambia, and India.• Assisted in the analysis and reorganization of the 17 UN Sustainable Development goals, and 169 sub-targets, into a framework that would be ingestible and actionable for corporations.

Lead organizer and facilitator of first Peace Corps Morocco regional HIV/AIDS/STI conference to empower nurses and health officials facing high rates of STIs to design and lead education campaigns in their communities. As a result trainees from 18 communities designed and implemented sexual health education campaigns and after school programs.
