About Mckenzie Wilson

McKenzie is a former professional sailor turned passionate sustainability and ESG practitioner. Currently, she leads Carbon Accounting and ESG Reporting at Windfall Bio, a biotech startup leveraging methane-eating microbes to destroy methane, a greenhouse gas 86x more potent than CO2. While at Deloitte, McKenzie advised Fortune 500 clients on ESG disclosure and reporting, decarbonization, and nature-positive strategies. She is a builder, designing and launching new programs, including Deloitte’s nature-related service offering and the world’s first humanitarian disaster response vessel, Motor Vessel Dawn. Experienced at operating in ambiguity, McKenzie thrives in managing complex programs, building purpose driven teams, and leading values-aligned organizational strategy development and execution.
