As the Pastor Advisor for the National LCMC Lutheran Men, I am developing a website, resource network, an email network, and a Facebook page for the Lutheran Men. As pastor of Word of Hope Lutheran Church in Ashland Nebraska, ministry to people in the congregation and in the community is a special opportunity. It is a blessing to be able to share God's word with people and watch the hand of God working among them changing their lives.

The Heartland Men of Faith provides training in logistics and strategy for churches. The team also provides national conferences and speakers for Heartland ministries. We are developing a travel team to consult with individual churches or groups of churches to give an outside view of their ministry and answer questions about growing their ministry.

I am part of the CBMC Heartland Team here in Omaha. I work with a number of ministries that help equip churches in building their ministry to men.I work with national ministries to coordinate them with the Heartland churches.I work with the national tech support team in the office to assist others with technology.

Man in the Mirror has been training men and churches for many years and have great materials. As a field trainer, going to teach men about logistics and strategy is a real pleasure.
