CurrentAssemble traffic logs for Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, and Hallmark Drama in accordance with advertiser guidelines and separation to ensure client requests are fulfilled, working closely with ad sales department to ensure we are maximizing revenue to achieve yearly sales revenue goals. Inform ad sales of log placement issues, offering potential solutions to ensure all ordered units air correctly. Help identify available inventory for Direct Response team and work closely with them to ensure the highest rated units are clearing to further maximize and increase revenue.
Work closely with other department members to ensure that special programing airs correctly and address any issues that arise with spot placement. Review premieres on both networks to ensure all the best and most appropriate commercial content spots are placing. Weekly reconciliation of commercial logs for HMM and HLDRM to ensure all commercial material has aired correctly as scheduled. Approve orders/order revisions as necessary. Assist in on-boarding of new hires in traffic and sales departments. Input agency traffic instructions for HC, HMM, and HLDRM as necessary. Communicate with ad agencies to clarify instructions or inform them if there is an issue with the materials received. Review commercials as needed for on air approval for all networks. Periodically review commercial material to ensure it is appropriate to air on our networks according to our S&P guidelines and on air specs. Assisted in the smooth and successful software conversion from Orion to Wide Orbit traffic system. Log into WO test database and test future enhancements/ensure all functionality is working correctly and report any issues in WO to IT department. Make recommendations for future enhancements in software. Testing, training, and troubleshooting our reconciliation process in WO with operations team, WO, and IT was crucial in 2020 with our networks' transition to Globecast playback facility
