Advisory Board MemberV75 Llc Dec 2021 - PresentV75 LLC owns and operates V75 Vineyard and Creatas Winery.As an investor and advisory board member I actively engage with the leadership team on a range of topics including grape sales, investor relations, strategic partnerships, branding, and wine sales.V75 Vineyard is a premium grower of wine grapes located on the shores of the Columbia River in an area known as the Columbia Hills (AVA pending). Creatas is the estate winery of V75 Vineyard.V75 Vineyard is defined by the wind, heat, semi-desert climate, southern slopes, the Columbia River, long summer days and incredible soils deposited by ice age flooding. Being adjacent to the Columbia River provides many benefits including an abundant supply of pristine water, a significant diurnal effect cooling the air on hot summer nights, and strong river winds that mitigate disease. The ever-present winds also produce a grape skin that is thicker than usual with natural tannins and phenolics that result in beautiful well-balanced wines.In total V75 Vineyard consists of over 1,400 acres of prime vineyard and ranch land. To date we have planted 78 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Carmenere and Syrah which are being used by several premium wineries throughout Washington and Oregon to produce award winning wines.Creatas Wineries inaugural vintage is 2022. Our 2022 wines include a Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, Estate Merlot, and Estate Petit Verdot. These wines will be available for sale Summer 2025.

As an executive member of an all-volunteer board of directors I take an active role in all aspects of the organization with a focus on business development, marketing, partnerships, governance, fund raising, government grants and membership satisfaction. In 2020 Town Tub Car Wash was completely reinvented with deployment of the latest in automatic wash technologies, state of the art payment systems, and one of the car wash industry's first customer loyalty mobile apps. Those improvements combined with an aggressive multi-channel marketing campaign and attention to detail drove an unprecedented level of growth and industry best performance results.
