• Serves as the regional manager of the utility scale PV Solar power plants, with responsibility for all plant personnel, plant performance, policies, and programs. Manages the financial results of the plant’s business and operations. Including the development, management and reporting annual operating budget of up to $10 million. • Ensures strict adherence to corporate values in complying with all regulatory requirements including environmental, safety, reliability and other laws and regulations. • Ensures compliance with all contracts including LGIA, PPA and O&M contracts to protect the long-term interests of the company. • Ensure adherence with corporate policies and procedures. • Continuously strives to improve the condition and performance of the plants.• Review reports from O&M contractors for operating assets and perform site audits to insure maintenance issues are being addressed and plants are being operated to maximize generation. • Provide O&M support for solar project development and acquisition efforts in the review of project documents and coordinate with O&M providers to provide operating cost estimates. • Manage plan to determine drivers for O&M costs, availability effects and lower than projected generation and develop strategies towards continuous improvement. • Provide support in development and negotiation of O&M contracts for projects.• Perform operability review of proposed project designs and equipment.• Support review of construction commissioning documentation for compliance with project requirements.• Perform reviews of operational preparedness of the O&M Contractor prior to project commercial operation.• Manage commercial and technical solutions on warranty claims or other deficiencies for projects in operation.• Assist in the analysis of new vendors and the development of technical and operating cost criteria evaluation to other options.

• Oversee SCADA/DAS Commissioning for sites ranging from 5 MW - 550 MW (involved in over 1300 MW) to assure contract has been met and on schedule• Manage expense, time, performance reviews, training and career path for First Solar DAS Technicians, Engineers, and subcontractors utilized throughout the commissioning process• Create new commissioning processes and standards for the SCADA/DAS systems that incorporate scalability and efficiency• Interact with high level management to handle constraints to assure project completion
