Managed strategic partnerships with a core group of clients. Direct reports consisted of 10 DC Managers. Overall team of associates, temporary employees and supervisors totaled between 125 and 280 personnel.• Developed and implemented company standard operating procedures, which enabled staff to work at various locations. This resulted in an increase of 84.73% of sharing of employees while decreasing non-billable overtime by 32.6% and total overtime by 65%.• Successfully completed a $1M RF conveyor system project for Unilever Bestfoods distribution. Participation included coordinating with contractors, designers and engineers and the development and training of staff.
