Responsible for the planning, design and implementation of its new technology and data communication infrastructure at its headquarters in Lima, Cusco and Puno, incorporating cybersecurity strategies, business continuity, cloud, backup & recovery, helpdesk, significantly improving satisfaction to the client.

Responsible for leading the teamwork for the development and execution of new policies, methodologies, processes and procedures for operational risk management, information security (ISMS) and business continuity (SGCN) according to the guidelines of the Banking Superintendency , Insurance and AFP, in accordance with the standards ISO 27001, ISO 22301, in improvement and control of business processes and the establishment of key risk indicators (KRI), implementing a culture of participatory and decentralized risk management in the 16 Offices. Assuming Risk Management between December 2013 and November 2014.

Responsible for auditing the controls related to information security and business continuity, as well as issuing reports for knowledge and decision-making by the Audit Committee.

Responsable de administrar los sistemas informáticos, bases de datos (SQL, MySQL), redes de datos y telefonía PSTN/VoIP, desarrollé el primer sistema biométrico de asistencia de personal (.Net, PHP, Javascript), la réplica automatizada de datos inter sedes vía VPN, reduciendo costos de operación y mejorando los servicios de TI en sus sedes de Lima, Cusco y Puno.
