I am an AWS Solutions Architect (Apprentice) graduating my BSc Digital & Technology Solutions in August 2025. I am also a freelance Content Creator and passionate about diversity and inclusion. I have a First Class BA Hons in Primary Education with QTS from the University of Greenwich, where I specialized in Children's Reading for Pleasure and contributed to academic research on the diversity of children's literature.I am currently enjoying the practical and educational demands of my role as an apprentice Solutions Architect within AWS UK Public Sector, continually learning more about AWS and averaging a first class in my degree. I am eager to apply my excellent communication, presentation, and creative problem-solving skills to help customers and partners achieve their goals and solve their challenges working backwards using AWS services and solutions. I am able to utilise all I learnt from teaching to support individuals and groups in their cloud journey regardless of their starting point. I have worn and continue to wear numerous hats in my career, including primary school teacher, dual content writer and editor, and diversity in education consultant. I have designed and created high quality social media digital content and assets for various brands and companies across platforms, including: Cricut UK, Ryman, Twinkl and the Happy Confident Company. I also supported the development of a new product at Twinkl Educational Publishing, called Black Representation, where I developed, audited and edited resources and content to ensure racial sensitivity and inclusivity.
