At Dell I consulted a group of medium business accounts on their IT needs. I kept in contact with them, looked for opportunities to help them, managed a pipeline and coordinated with specialists in my team. During my time there I passed Dell’s LTS exam, distinguishing myself as a knowledgeable rep on all areas of Dell’s portfolio. I consistently over performed and maintained a 120% average quota attainment. After leading the company in cross selling into the services department on a new initiative, I organized a training seminar which I shared with the other account manager teams, making our office the top performing office that quarter in services. I also sought out the VMware team after Dell purchased them and became a SME for my division in VMware.

When I started attending Genesis Church, I had just started seminary at Gordon Conwell. I was looking for a church where I could be part of a family, and I found it there. My mentor, Michael Davis, was an amazing influence in my spiritual and personal life, and it was an honor to grow in my walk with God as I served beside him at his church. After a year of working in children's ministry there, I started a youth ministry with a few other volunteers. We grew a group of two kids into a gathering of more than fifty in two years. It was one of the best things I've ever done, and I loved being a part of their lives.
