Over the past 15 years, I've dedicated my career to global asset management in the real estate industry assuming various leadership positions managing multi-billion USD portfolios encompassing data centres, retail, offices, and hospitality properties in APAC, Europe, and USA. I possess a deep understanding of the data centre industry, retail management, property management operations, and real estate accounting/asset management system. I am known for my collaborative approach, supported by a proven track record of effectively engaging diverse stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams across various geographical locations.Presently, I serve as the Commercial Finance Director at Equinix Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, where I oversee the data centres in SG, MY, and ID. I was also privileged to be based in China for 10 years in various organisations. Through the stint, I gained invaluable experience in running diverse and complex environments while managing teams of over 100 asset and property management professionals. Drawing upon my extensive background in Asset Management, I am keen to propel my career to new heights within the field. I am also eager to expand my focus into areas such as investments/acquisitions, deal structuring, and capital raising.
