The Supply Chain Foundation Program (SCFP) is a two-year, early-career rotation program designed to develop future leaders. It offers a breadth and depth of experience gained from a variety of experiences in supply chain roles, community of excellence, and cross-function roles, mentoring partnerships, and targeted, formal development opportunities. Rotators complete a series of four, six-month rotations. SCFP is open to internal supply chain employees, with a minimum of 9 months experiences. Seeking candidates that embody a customer and growth mindset, strategic and analytic skills, collaboration and adaptability.1st Rotation: BCA Interiors & Structures Contracting - Contract amendments, cost settlements & recoveries, supplier certifications, supplier strategy meetings2nd Rotation: ISC Information Technologies & Data Analytics - Managed major supplier contract and amendments. Worked renewal of supplier contracts.3rd Rotation: BGS Asset Manager for Retrofit Kitting-Commercial - Mitigate open-order reports and lost items, supported building kits and block reports.

Handled various Apache long-term negotiations, procured for CH-47, V-22 & AH-64, supported multi-year firm-fixed price contracting proposal for CH-47 spares proposals, supplier strategy, griefs, shortage mitigation, contracting, mentorships
