Manage the life cycle of client telephony accounts (Sears, MillerCoors, Maersk, AT&T) from inception through post-mortem, utilizing analyzation of custom in-house reports to maximize efficiency and realize positive cost reductions.· Oversee daily flow of A/P operations for all invoicing, from Wireless to ISDN, Voice and Data Circuits, Internet to POTS lines via EDI, CD and paper. Individual, Regional and National accounts are processed for all Telephony suppliers.· Liaison between company Voice Specialists and Suppliers providing end-users with seamless coverage of services.· Assist Client Telephony and Financial Managers disseminate, understand and fully utilize a full spectrum of monthly and ad hoc reports. · Supervise three full-time team members providing training, coaching and mentoring of skill sets necessary to perform all aspects of job functions.
