-Monitor and control the project plan andthe status of all the projects across the company-Provide project management direction and guildeline to all the projects across the company-Directly take on PM role for large project if required.

• Building and managing the Hangzhou team of Engineering Service Department, grew the team from 4 members to over 80 members. Responsible for the daily operation management of the team•Acting as resource manager of Engineering Service (China) Department which includes Shanghai, Hangzhou and Beijing teams(160+ members), responsible for the resource allocation/balancing across the projects, resource recruitment, and resource utilization.• Managing large size of projects, responsible for the estimation, planning and execution, communicating with customer to maintain good relationship, and controlling the requirement and scope to deliver the project successfully with high quality and within the budget.
