I collaborate with other store managers, manage margins and sales data, hire/terminate employees, manage vendors and products, maintain a safe and friendly working environment, manage employees, balance ATM, calm difficult customers, train new employees, place merchandise orders, keep merchandise properly priced, place new products, keep track of item level sales,count store safe, balance the store’s daily income and expenditures, run registers, help customers locate merchandise and pump gas, keep store clean and tidy, accept shipments, and also place and rotate stock.
