Medical student committed to improving public health and with experience in social project management and team leadership. Throughout my journey, I've collaborated with various NGOs in Venezuela and Panama, standing out as a coordinator in projects that generated tangible impacts in the communities we served. Among my achievements, I've co-created the REDES Research Training Program 'Renewing Health Education,' which has contributed to enhancing research capabilities in health among students and professionals.Currently, I continue my medical education at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Panama. My focus is on strengthening research in Public Health through innovative training programs. My goal is to merge medical training with management skills to develop comprehensive solutions addressing current and future health challenges
