I'm now responsible for the Supply Planning (SP) and project management office (PMO). My main function as manager of SP is people management and helping people reach their full potential. As PMO manager I'm a coach and people manager but next to that we also write and guide the processes set out the tooling that help OMP product development function on a day to day basis. As a PMO team we also are looking for constant improvement to make based on feedback and refinement of the processes.

Pics-It (Formerly known as Xionix) is a starting company specialized in the development of websites for small businesses and individuals. I co-founded this company with a friend and for me this is a great learning opportunity, we had to build something ground up. This company was not founded in the first place to make a lot of profit. It was founded so we could learn this part of the business and to be able to finance learning new technology regarding web & app development.My role in the company is best described as a salesman/designer/developer/manager. Since we are a small company you need to be a jack of all trades to make it work.Over the years the company has reinvended itself and today is more focussed on wedding and couple photography. We keep hosting our own websites and also provide the newlyweds with their own website.

Callataÿ and Wouters becomes Sopra banking Software.I work as a project manager for Argenta.

In 2009 I started as a software developer. After few years I took charges of the technical lead on different projects. Today I'm working as one of the project managers on an upgrade project of over 15 000 MD. My main tasks within this project are, the team planning of a team of 60 people, integration with the other sub systems of the bank and migrations of the old system to the new system.

I'm currently working as a consultant of Callataÿ & Wouters at Argenta

I worked mainly as a developer on our software packet Thaler. I helped tailor the standard package to the needs of the client (Argenta).

I did my thesis on ArcelorMittal. My task was to aid in the development of a new logistic application. Communication and teamwork where key parts of the succes together with a good knowledge of design patterns and oo programming.
