Maintenance Supervisor Control & Automation Shell (dec. 2010 - oct. 2016)Highlights: Rationalisation and optimisation of the QMI analyzers at the Emmen Gas desulphurisationplant. Introduction of new GC applications. Especially for the analyses of trace Sulphur components. Optimisation of existing analyzers and introduction of new QMI analyzers. i.e.Endress & Hauser flow and proportional sampling system. Trained instrumentation technicians in the basics of Gas chromatographyand spectrophotometry and in problem solving on QMI analyzers. Introduced Primavera as a planning tool for work preparation and the maintenance disciplines. Realized a significant reduction in preventive maintenance of QMI analyzers.

Highlights: Introduced “review” of planned/ongoing activities and a specific page in the dayplan with shiftactivities. Planning disturbances were made visible by means of the Plan Entry Criteria columnin Primavera. Created a detailed planning for shutdown related activities on GRK an NOR, i.e. Valve,actuator- and FWV change out. Initiated the process to optimize the use of resources in Primavera. Optimized the planning matrix for workover and drilling jobs on location. Incorporated the Stork-GLT maintenance planning into Primavera. Reported the planning stability KPI’s, monthly highlights and optimization of the KPIspreadsheet. Compiling, issuing and distribution of the 90 day plan. Optimized the distribution of the 90 day plan. Authorized plans were now digitally available. Acted as stand in during the absence of the Groningen IAP for several IAP related issues. Successfully carried out several InSync (interface between SAP and Primavera) functionalitytests requested by IT-Aberdeen. Acted as a focal point for Primavera/InSync issues for the Groningen asset. Created down-/upload batches for automatic data transfer between SAP and Primavera. Initiated the process to take part in the GLT+ transition for planning/scheduling, Trained E&Mstaff in Basic Primavera functionalities. Supported E&M in bringing the planning of PIR’s and EOM’s into Primavera.
