Responsible for inventarisation of factory assets and coordination of equipment relocation to other European Ford plants.• Coordination of tooling removal from welding and handling robots and tracking of robot removal/shipment progress according to planning.• Coordination of equipment cleaning, oil removal and overall manpower organization. • Daily reporting to Body and Stamping management.• Follow up supplier activities on daily base taking into account possible safety hazards and environmental impact.
