Stabilised the operations of the 24/7 maintenance and service teams working for the baggage handling system at Schiphol Airport. Increased the capacity and skills by training and coaching the teams with dedicated floor management and teams. - MT member.

I started a new business for Babcock International Group at Schiphol Airport taking over the 24/7 technical service and maintenance for the baggage handling system. From January 2010 we were fully operational with a 5 shift technical team, jam runners and a full manned, equipped and facilitating back office. We provided stabilisation and improvement of service and maintenance strategy and long-term-maintenance (LCP) to realise a continuous smooth baggage operations. With the setup of a clear HRM plan we provided the new organisations with a good and qualified culture based on balanced salaries, internal education, leadership and coaching with a strong focus on health and safety. Realisation of good (organic) growth in cooperation with partners and Schiphol Group. Improving KPI’s and awarded bonusses proofed our successes.In October 2010 Schiphol also awarded us with the ICT contract for the maintenance and service of the “decentral systems” at the airport (Flight information systems, iris scanners, biod tourniquets etc.)
