SRK Rechtsbijstand (SRK Legal Assistance) has a tailor-made application for dealing with Legal Assistance, the Dossier Management System. The organisation wanted to replace this application by a standard solution, preferable SaaS. The chosen standard package fits the organisation well, however it does not support all the necessary processes of SRK Rechtsbijstand. I made a GAP analyses of the missing financial processes, the process designs and functionals design of these processes for building the additional software.

Set up workshops with the business to support the Product Owner in capturing and defining the requirements regarding web-applications and mobile apps for On-line banking. The requests made via these web-applications and mobile apps are requests for payment and saving products and there related service processes, both for the private and commercial market. The processing of these requests are via Straight Through Processing (STP).The defined requirements were used to make the business process models and the use case model and use cases for the development of the STP processes.

Within VWPFS, consisting of the business lines Insurance, Leasing and VW Bank, the entire application landscape has to be made SEPA compliant. The application landscape consists of internally developed applications, external (purchased) applications and many interfaces to external parties.For the business line Insurance I have done the requirement engineering and information analysis to make all processes, applications, interfaces, etc. SEPA compliant. The result was a Solution Document which described all necessary changes for the business line Insurance. The document was approved by Quality Assurance (QA).Second, I have fulfilled the role of change coordinator in the Change Management Process for the business line Insurance. The tasks consisted of: intake of the RFC's, information analysis of the RFC's, involvement in the Change Advisory Board (CAB) to prioritise the RFC's, and monitoring the development, testing and implementation of the RFC's.

Achmea wants the customer with an intermediate investment policy in 2012 provide an alternative proposition with the introduction of the 'Bancaire Lijfrente Opbouw' (BLO; 'Annuity Banking Structure'). For this product a new business chain is set up, the Life-Bank chain.In the PSA (Project Start Architecture) the payment connection to Equens was not elaborated. Since it was not feasible for Equens to set up (preferably) a new office number in time I have analysed if there where possibilities to do the payment processing under an existing office number as fallback scenario. This required that both incoming and outgoing streams will be merged or split under strict conditions and routed to the correct systems.Further deliverables where:- process descriptions for the BLO product- process descriptions of the generic banking processes to support the BLO product, including financial processes.

Achmea Bank manages ship mortgages and investment loans on an IBM zSeries. Because the number of contracts are low, the cost of this system is too high. Achmea Bank wanted to migrate the contracts to a cheaper existing system within Achmea Bank.I have done the business and information analysis if the contracts can be migrated in a cost effective manner to the target system. Purpose was to reduce the costs by phasing out the IBM zSeries for these contracts. The task includes the analysis of the necessary changes / adjustments to the business operations as well the necessary functional modifications to the target system.

However, all (international) clients of Ricoh are connected to the JDEdwards system and that connection should remain. Therefore I have designed many interfaces to port all client requests to the new Oracle system and vice versa.Client: Aegon Bank NV (Aug 2007 - Oct 2007)--------------------------------------------------------------Within Aegon Bank clients could do their banking business via internet. However, there are two internet banking chains (former Spaarbeleg and Aegon Bank).
