De backbone vormt de conceptuele architectuur voor content managers en game ontwikkelaars. Het Front-end zal bij de toekomstige gebrukers worden geintroduceerd als 25/7 waarmee wordt uitgedrukt dat de gebruikers 1 uur per etmaal toegang kunnen krijgen tot een 'alternate reality' waar men virtueel kan informeren, experimenteren en daardoor spelenderwijs kan leren. Met deze benadering wordt een positieve impuls gegeven aan de business case van de opleidings- en trainingsstratefgie van de politie omdat het ideelbeeld van 'duaal en contextgericht leren' wordt gedynamiseerd van wisseling per kwartaal naar wisseling per etmaal. Met de introductie van een 25e uur wordt met een knipoog ook ingespeeld op de continue beschikbaarheid van de politie door gebruik te maken van de notie van 'transrealiteit', ofwel het wisselen van werkelijkheden dankzij de beschikbaarheid van mobiele apparatuur die toegang geeft tot het mobiele internet.
