The company was active in 16 countries trough 34 companies (subsidiaries, affiliates). Responsible for: Legal & International Tax PlanningHuman Resources & Facility ManagementManaging director of some foreign subsidiaries in the UK, Spain, Belgium and Finland.Teleworld's ultimate patent companies (KPN, Philips) decided to withdraw from Teleworld in 1997 due to the fact they both had different priorities and interests. Therefor it was resolved to liquidate the company and to sell its subsidiaries and stakes in the affiliates. Appointed as managing director jointly with the company's CFO with the sole assignment to dismantle the company, prepare and execute the liquidation (1997-2000).In these days I also acted as Director Corporate Services of Twister Research International (1997-1998). This is a spin of of the business activities of Teleworld Holding in the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
