Presently member of the spatial-dynamic modelling team at VITO solving complex spatial issues related to land use, energy, environment and mobility. I am a physical geographer by training with special interests in GIS applications and environmental issues. My research has focused on building process-based knowledge about how land use change affects nutrient biogeochemical cycles in order to for example mitigate eutrophication problems. My consultancy work has supported impact-driven institutes with statistical and GIS technical support. My non-governmental work focussed on engaging volunteers and cooperate business leaders in scientific field research and education to promote the understanding and action necessary for a sustainable environment.
Listed skills include Gis Analysis, Enviro, Geomorphology, Biogeochemistry, and 13 others.
