Setting up a department for Software Development in the high tech equipment industry at VDL ETG, currently with ASML as one of the main customers.In prior roles, managed the successful delivery of Baggage Control Software for Heathrow's Terminal 5, and based on that experience set up a department of over 75 Software Professionals developing innovative software solutions for Baggage Handling Systems, facilitating new system deliveries to a.o. Vancouver Airport, Jeddah Airport, Gardermoen Airport, Heathrow . In all the roles I fulfilled, I have extensively steered and experienced the complete lifecycle of the software business, from commercial opportunity to service hand over.
