Managing Waste-to-Energy EPC projects in execution as Project Director. Additionally in charge of the incineration & boiler engineering of several waste-to-energy projects.Building and expanding the team for managing successfully Waste-to-Energy projects:- digestion combined with cogeneration (Belgium)- municipal waste incineration (China, Shanghai)- hospital waste incineration (Belgium)- large gas-fired cogeneration plant- sludge incineration in fluidised bed (Eastern EU)Integrating newly acquired company with manufacturing facilities.

I grew and led a team of 15-20 engineers (B.Sc., M.Sc., ing and ir) and 15-20 draftsmen (B.Eng., ing, grad) on 3 locations: Harelbeke (Belgium), Brno (Czech Republic) and Frydek-Mistec (Czech Republic).Responsibility involves innovation management, boiler engineering, project portfolio resources and technology management, knowledge management, training, budgets, organizational decisions, HR decisions, technological decisions, ad hoc operational decisions, strategical decisions.Technologically the focus is on contract execution and new product developments. Full responsibility for the design calculations, design decisions and all construction drawings for ca 4 energy plants in Czech Republic, Columbia and Belgium.

Account management for a 2x16MW steam project in Slovakia, 2 x 5 MW thermal oil and one 10 MW thermal oil plant in Turkey with follow up of local manufacturing, a 6 MW thermal oil plant in Malaysia and full technological responsibility and mounting supervision of the piping for a 25 MW thermal oil energy plant in France.
