Woonconcept is een woningcorporatie die actief is in Meppel, Hoogeveen, Steenwijkerland en Assen. Het hoger doel is dat wij een thuis bereikbaar maken voor wie dat nodig heeft. Onze portefeuille bestaat dan ook voornamelijk uit woningen (12.500) met daarnaast maatschappelijk en zorgvastgoed. Binnen het team Communicatie creëer ik aansprekende content voor de website, het huurdersportaal, social media, nieuwsbrieven en intranet. Tekst, infographics, filmpjes enzovoort, die passen bij onze organisatievisie en boodschappenstrategie.Een aantal andere voorbeelden van taken die daarbij horen zijn: het applicatiebeheer van de website, het aansturen van nieuwe releases, het testen van nieuwe functionaliteiten en de continue verbetering van de website en het huurdersportaal. Alles op basis van eigen ideeën, behoeften van gebruikers, beschikbare vernieuwingen en -vanzelfsprekend- insights uit google analytics en andere relevante software.

I took care of all content published on Menzis.nl, Azivo.nl and Anderzorg.nl, trying to optimize it according to customer needs, and the special needs of other departments within Menzis. Especially the customer service department. For half a year I was the one responsible for all the content created on Menzis.nl.I worked in different teams (Customer engagement and customer experience) trying to reach set KPI's, working towards the campagne period. I helped out with a few separate communication projects, including the implementation of the new HLZ laws (Hervorming Langdurige Zorg) and the development of the SamenGezond webshop/platform, as product owner.

We set up a completely new webshop for SamenGezond (a Menzis collectable points saving program). It features all modern possibilities a normal webshop would need, plus the extras needed to actually spend points (and/or money) instead of money. We made us of a 'fullfillment party' to set up the supply and delivery.
