As his knowledge and professional competencies increased, Wim Pronk was subsequently asked as expert, counselor, teacher, trainer, juror, speaker, author and so on. In 2000 Ursa Paint offered Wim an opportunity he could not refuse. He already knew the company, its staff and its products very well, as Ursa Paint had been his favourite floor finish supplier since 1984 and he had been involved in several product developments at Ursa Paint. Since 2000 the market share and profitability of Ursa Paint's business unit Floor Care, for which Wim Pronk is responsible, increased substantially and even last year sales grew with double digits.
