The Solution Architect is part of the client delivery team. As a Solution Architect I will define the role of Matrix within the application landscape of the Client to ensure that the solution is in line with the enterprise architectural plan. The Solution Architect is also responsible for the integration of Matrix with surrounding systems (e.g. front-end and back-end systems), designing interfaces and aligning with the parties responsible for those systems. I work closely together with the customer and the client delivery team consisting of a Project Manager, an Implementation Consultant (IC) and the development team. The Solution Architect must be able to cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Understands, defines and captures the architecture of clients. In this role I will make decisions regarding the design for client’s projects through the process to deliver the final product and together with the IC and developer responsible for a smooth delivery within the company models and standards, effective documentation and reviewing.

As a pre- and after- sales engineer setup and test at customers sites all over the world for major sports events including Le-Mans and Formula 1 races.During that period of 13 years, my role shifted from digital electronics via embedded software to PC software.Last 2 years I was (hands-on) manager of the Software department (4 people).
