Monitor a correct, timely, documented and efficient implementation of the DSM Standard Business Processes. Also safeguard all relevant Change Management Activities to achieve the goals set for the implementation.Special assignements:Act as “Resource Manager PA&S” during the whole year 2011 and as such responsible for the assignments and developments of the PA&S employees.

Responsible for the integration and centralization of all European Customer Service Activities of DSM Elastomers in Europe. Defining a time schedule, approach and the necessary change management to execute the activities from one centralized location in Europe.

Responsible for blue-printing and design of the financial world-wide DE system. Moreover as Implementation Manager responsible for the GRIP roll-out of all integrated processes (Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Finance) on all sites of DSM Elastomers in Europe, Singapore, USA en Brazil). During these implementation there was always special attention for the change management activities necessary with the introduction of the new system.

Responsible for the Financial Administration and Reporting. Special focus on team building and setting task within the financial department after a restructuring project.

Assist and provide support in drawing up presentations for the Managing Board of DSM, Share Holders and Analysts. Assist in organizing the annual Chemical Analyst Conference of DSM. Support in preparing all (advertising) text with regard to quarterly and annual DSM financial results and the Share Holder Meeting (AVA)
