SPF Beheer (Stichting Spoorwegpensioenfonds) heeft de verantwoordelijkheid over het E-HRM systeem van NS en ProRail. Beheer van het E-HRM systeem omvat het monitoren van systemen, registreren van incidenten en problemen en het oplossen van incidenten en problemen. Het E-HRM systeem omvat een 30-tal diensten welke gebruikt worden door ± 20.000 werknemers.

Het TuXIdo project behelst de uitfasering van XI en de ingebruikname van PI 7.11. Belangrijk bij dit project was dat niemand merkt dat de migratie heeft plaatsgevonden. Alle interfaces en maatwerk programma’s uit het oude XI systeem zijn in kaart gebracht en wanneer nodig gemigreerd naar het nieuwe PI systeem. Deze migratie was opgedeeld in 3 fasen welke.

In my new role I again was working on issues, changes and transport management. The KERN environment has a lot of custom programs, a CRM component and a WAS server. I gained a whole lot of knowledge about object oriented programming. Big changes and low-priority changes were solved in India so this role wasn't very challenging.

My main role was to solve issues and changes and to manage all transports in the KERN system. Occasionally I had to solve problems for the B2B and KERN environment. In this period I had to gain knowledge of Assyst(an issue and change management system). In the end I asked for a more challenging role and I got to build a customer contract tracking system.

My main role was to solve issues with my functional and ABAP programming knowledge. These issues were time dependant and were structured in the before May 5th and after May 5th lists.I was the soul programmer in this project and had to use various skills to complete my tasks successfully.

I was responsible for the import of data during the trial migrations and the go live. I also had to analyse the import data and the results.I was also responsible for maintaining the reconciliation validation sheets and even made some minor adjustments to the existing programs.

I was responsible for the development of the extraction tool, fine tuning of the reconciliation tools and the customization of certain help programs. I also was responsible for the reconciliation validation sheets and the detailed planning of the migration in the trial conversions and the go live.We realized the first network/supplier split in the energy.

Inserting clients, addresses, contact persons and contracts with Excel lists containing the required information into SAP-ISU.Creating data mappings, import specs and migration objects in EMIGALL. I also was responsible for testing these migration object, analysing input data, analysing results and peer reviewing work of others.

I had to seek all the expiring customers and find a way to place them in SAP-ISU as quick as possible without the loss or change of data.I had to work with excel a lot and was responsible for counting and control.
