Currently, I am working at Ooredoo Myanmar as a VoLTE Senior Engineer, supporting VoLTE/IMS operation-related activities since November 2023. I am involved in the Telco Mobile Soft switch and Core expansion project for the Ooredoo Myanmar operator. From 2016 to 2023, I performed Nokia Cloud services NFVI onboarding and software upgrades/updates as needed to fix software/hardware bugs.I handle care tickets and KPI monitoring for APAC customer regions, including Myanmar, the Philippines, and Indonesia, ensuring proper planning that meets cloud core business needs.Before my time at Ooredoo Myanmar, I worked on CS Core MSS/MGW/IMS service-related activities at Nokia Myanmar. In 2014, I supervised Telenor Myanmar's roaming team for inbound/outbound testing services, including IR 24/35/32 and bilateral roaming support with other mobile operators. I have strong experience in testing/billing (TAP file) flows, COMFONE features (Key2roam), and international roaming procedures.
