Duties/Responsibilities :• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems including hardware, network and communications, software, security and overall operations of the company.• Establish & Maintain windows, Linux based network system.• Provides systems hardware support to users on all offices with regard to troubleshooting, repair and maintenance, relocation, management and maintenance of LAN cabling and cable networks.• Monitoring Network computer with domain controller, create active directory and share permission for different users.• Competent in handling 500 Laptop and Desktop pcs with LAN and wireless system Follow up daily communication and back up maintenance or entire office operation and communications.• Troubleshooting of outlook 2003/2007/2010/2013 e-mail setup/ import-export for backup/ recovery, virus e-mail/spam protection in outlook.• Focusing on the administration of the organization’s network infrastructure, to include Laptop and desktop PCs, servers, laptops, photocopiers, faxes, printers, network equipment, IP phone, IP Camera, DVR Camera, Projector system and IT software applications.• Operating Procedures for system administration activities like, how to install OS/MS-Office/Outlook with setup, how to execute low level troubleshooting by end user.• Provide orientation to new users of existing technology, train staff about potential uses of existing technology, train staff about new and potential use.• Proactively monitor network performance, OS imaging and restore, security, disaster recovery.
