Work Description: • Implement the network infrastructure (Gateway device installation, Cable installation (copper and fiber), Access Point installation) for all entities.• Documenting, labeling, updating to network diagram and devices.• Assist and Support daily network issues for all entities.• Coordinate between users and vendors for network services and ensure consistent with the business needed.• Cooperate with other team members to implement, to secure network… Show more Work Description: • Implement the network infrastructure (Gateway device installation, Cable installation (copper and fiber), Access Point installation) for all entities.• Documenting, labeling, updating to network diagram and devices.• Assist and Support daily network issues for all entities.• Coordinate between users and vendors for network services and ensure consistent with the business needed.• Cooperate with other team members to implement, to secure network infrastructure, software upgrades /patches on network devices and network systems.• Ensure follow best practice and secure on network layer.• Support, setup and solve issues on VOIP phone (local call, international call, call pickup group and new VOIP users).• Suggest network design, calculate estimated cost as business requirement and vendor management (quotations collect, estimate cost and inquire network equipment in market).• Site survey (Location, Sitting Plan, WiFi Coverage and Network Bandwidth) and engage with vendor as business requirement for entities.• Provide and update network asset (Routes, Switches, AP and VoIP Phone) on Manage Engine when the installation completed or changed.• Review and evaluate vendors, technical support, quotation collect, cost estimate for CCTV when request from the business.• Monitor and check license status and renew for all network devices (Routers, Switches, AP and VoIP).• Escalate technical and hardware issues to vendor and Services provider to work RMA process (Return & Replacements) for hardware devices.• Configure and create on Network Monitoring System for all campus and entities network devices.• Define best practice and SOP for network support and services for all business entities. ( filter network level access, subnetting ,shutdown unuse ports and services ).• Knowledge sharing among users and colleague for network services and technology.• Managing team member and assign JD for daily operation and projects.
