Responsibilities:· Application of Myanmar Sustainability Management System Policies, procedures and operating instructions on all seismic block workplaces.· Support for the local communities engagement in preparation of the public consultation including stakeholders, in line with the company policies. Supervising on proactivity versus identification of the vulnerable groups and the grievance mechanism that the company will set up. Attendance during the consultation meeting with Permitting Coordinator and taking meeting minutes notes to follow up in the census of asset and land owners, farmers and squatters through the dedicated company questionnaire.· Calculation of the compensation price through a transparent and rational methodology foreseen by the company permitting procedure and apply it consistently to all affected communities and groups. Commitment to ensure a timely compensation.· Support during the community investment management visits and any other kind of visit.· Support in meeting organization, preparation, attendance, minute of meeting drafting & distribution.· Support for the community investment training directly provided to the company and contractors employees. Monitoring and supervising the contractor/subcontractor compliance with the permitting procedure and the sustainability management system in the work site. Maintain good relations with local authorities.Following the company' Safety Rules and Regulations and Monitor Contractors and Sub-Contractors to be strictly followed at work site.

Responsibilities• Shift Supervisor / Worksite Controller for Contractors and Maintenance Team in Wellhead Platform• To coordinate with Commissioning Team, Hook Up Team, Well-operation, Construction work and Maintenance Team to perform the job activities to be safely and follow up the correct procedures.• To control and audit the Permit to Work system complied with the related risk assessment to prevent any incidents/ accidents happened at the worksite.• Participated at maintenance job to work with colleagues, Multi-National Contractors applying well trained with practical and theoretical knowledge at workplace.• Perform Front Line Maintenance and Process Safety Analysis• Report Platform Abnormal Conditions and Maintenance Report to Line Management.• Check the status of Field Instruments of Process and Fire and Gas Detection System• Assigned as Day Shift/Night Shift Operation In charge on Drilling Barge under SIMOPS Operation• Assigned as Shift Controller to handle the work permits under SIMOPS Operation• Shift Controller for New Platform Hookup and Commissioning Platform• Assigned as Emergency Response Team Member for Emergency Rescue and Fire Fighting• Monitor plant operations on site which includes adjusting local set points and gauges to accommodate fluctuations in operations, report if any abnormalities and discrepancies or defects on equipment, instruments or any abnormalities such defective and/or corroded piping, structure or equipment for further rectification• Carry out routine checks of plant operating conditions in accordance with set schedules including taking samples, recording, reading, checking running conditions of various equipments, etc. • Perform work activities in conformance to hygiene policy and concern e.g. sea line batch treatment, pig recovery, filter change over, and keep high contaminated area on platform clean. • Follow the company's SSHE rules and regulations in all works under responsibility.
