Youth Soccer Coach working with various girls teams. Run club-wide fitness training for U14-U18 boys & girls teams. Won the 2007 U17 US Club Soccer National Championship and numerous other tournaments, 2008 & 2009 Maryland State Cup Champion and 2009 Region 1 U19 Finalist with Freestate Shooters. Several of the Shooters were called up to the U17, U18 and Full US Women's National Team while with me. Coached MD United 96-97 ECNL team from 2012-14. Served as one of the club's ECNL ID2 Scouts in 2010-13.

First Assistant and Recruiting Coordinator. Helped orchestrate the biggest turn around in program history from 2012 to 2013 season. Organized and ran all on campus recruiting visits, traveled nationally to recruit qualified student-athletes. Helped lead Emily Banes to break the single season scoring record and career goals by doubling her goals scored in her senior season. Led 5 players to All-CAA teams, most in program history at the time.

Set up a unique training program for top local players to continue to train at a high level over the summer months. Hired staff and set up training programing as well as several tournaments. Assisted with sponsorship acquisition and fulfillment. Set up contracts for and coordinate facility use.

Assisted with all aspects of running a NCAA Division III program. Assisted in design and implementation of all training sessions. Helped lead the team to NCAA Tournament by 2010. 2010 team has been inducted into the Stevenson Athletics Hall of Fame (2022).

Saw 3 players drafted into the WPS in first season.As an Assistant Coach, assisted with WPS team with both on field and off field training, video analysis, Polar Team2 Heart Rate Monitor System, opponent scouting as well as college scouting for future potential draft picks. Prior to WPS, as an Assistant Coach, helped lead the U20 team to win the 2006 Super-20 North American Championship & 2007 W-League Championship.Staff Coach at the United Soccer League's ODP National Camp in Tampa in March 2010.
