Wincey is a resident artist for the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, a presenter of arts-integration assembly programs for the Arts Horizons Agency, and a teaching artist for the National Wolf Trap Early Childhood Professional Development Training program. Utilizing her gifts, Wincey also performs for music engagements including church programs. Through her works as CEO of Winceyco LLC and Executive Director of NanaBabies Non-profit organization, Wincey was selected to receive the “Phenomenal Woman" award by Kiss FM for her innovative arts programs for children. More recently she was chosen “Woman Of The Year” by Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. for her efforts in raising Human Trafficking awareness. These organizations produce musically-inspired educational programs and promote philanthropic initiatives for under-served populations. Compliments to this work include self-produced inspirational music projects, educational CDs, DVDs, and children's’ books.

CEO of Winceyco LLC, Wincey leads a team of educators and teaching artists to combine music with the National Core to create a series of curriculum-based educational programs. Winceyco offers NJEA-certified school assemblies and professional development workshops. These programs offer alternate approaches to learning by integrating performing arts techniques such as music, drama and dance to various topics including black history, latino history, women’s history, human trafficking, drug awareness, cancer awareness, to make learning engaging for the audience. The participatory format requires students to exercise critical thinking, social skills and more throughout the program.
